Visit Dong Xuan market to sample some local treats such as Banh Xeo (Crispy pancake) and Banh Goi (Pillow Dumpling). Your guide will explain the routine of Vietnam meal times and indigenous/unusual ingredients eaten. See dried goods and aromatics, the essentials of Vietnamese cuisine.
Stroll up ‘food alley’ to see other dishes on offer. You will dip your fingers and wash your senses in the extraordinary Vietnam cuisine and experience Vietnam tradition through food. Try out the famous Vietnamese Banh Mi (French baguette) sandwich and one of the best Pho Bo (Rice noodle soup with beef) in Hanoi to eat like local.
